Refund & Exchange Policy

At Millyracks, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns After Delivery
We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. We strongly advise customers to check the product thoroughly while the delivery agent is present.

2. Exchange & Refund Eligibility
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for an exchange or refund.

You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the item to initiate the process. No claims will be accepted after this period.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Exchange Process
For eligible issues (defect/damage), we will arrange a return pickup and send a replacement item once the original is received and verified.

Exchanges are subject to availability of the product.

4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.

The refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
